The Engineering Solutions Unit (Applications Management Group) seeks an on-site senior business analyst to support project delivery, reporting, and system enhancements. This role involves working with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and supporting full-stack and enterprise platform applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
• Analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and manage change requests.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with in-house/off-site teams on .NET/React apps and enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Power Platform, OpenText, eBuilder).
• Develop and maintain Power BI, SSRS reports, and SQL queries.
• Support ETL processes (SSIS), QA/test strategies, and automation scripts (Postman, Playwright, and Pytest).
• Create user guides and training materials, and provide user support.
• Provide help desk support as part of the Apps Support Team.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis for full-stack web applications.
• 2+ years with enterprise platform apps, SQL Server querying, and data profiling.
• 1+ years with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, workflow design (Miro/Visio), and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, version control).
• 1+ years with API/automated testing and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or C#).
• Proficiency in SDLC, data modeling, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Required Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, system analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText, SharePoint, Azure File Share, eBuilder, or DocuSign.
• Knowledge of construction project management and financial reporting systems.
• Experience with government or utility agencies.
