Overview
We are currently seeking a Junior Compliance Reporting Analyst on behalf of a leading investment management firm in Boston, MA. This role will focus on supporting the Compliance Reporting Team by carrying out compliance reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of compliance reporting experience, ideally within the financial services or investment compliance sector. This is a 4+ month contract position that will pay $25-30/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position will be onsite 3 days per week in their Boston office. Responsibilities
Provide support to the Compliance Reporting team in executing recurring and periodic reporting tasks for both Client Reporting and Corporate Compliance across multiple global jurisdictions Apply strong analytical and research skills to interpret reporting requirements and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory obligations Prepare, review, and maintain accurate management, client, and regulatory reports, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation in line with internal controls and compliance policies Partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, and other teams to collect data inputs and verify accuracy and completeness of reporting Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades, and the creation of new reporting templates or dashboards Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends, supporting updates to internal procedures and best practices as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (required) 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Investment Compliance, with direct exposure to compliance reporting responsibilities At least 1 year of practical experience using compliance systems, reporting tools, or data platforms Solid understanding of compliance reporting processes, including both client and corporate compliance obligations Familiarity with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Tableau, or Power BI to create and analyze reports Working knowledge of finance, compliance, and regulatory operations, with the ability to interpret complex reporting requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear and effective communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams and departments If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Lydia at Lsinger@daleyaa.com.
