Provide clients with detailed information about our services and processes. Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus. Benefits
