$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr . We offer an extensive benefits package to our full-time employees after 30 days of employment, a matched 401(k) after 60 days, and Paid Time Off after 90 days. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional/National Program Director, provide leadership for the CDL Program. Serve as subject matter expert in curriculum development, revision, and implementation; provide face-to-face product knowledge training to Admissions or student groups using centralized curriculum materials. Engage with potential students and support Admissions or client staff; participate in new student orientation. Hire, assign, orient, develop, evaluate, and recognize instructors within the program(s) of study. Convene regular meetings with faculty. Travel up to 75% as required. Monitor and support the student population within the program; advise during provisional periods, handle student concerns, and guide career-oriented questions; assist with identifying barriers to success and connect students with student services. Contribute to continuous program improvement; develop and maintain the campus effectiveness plan; collect data to analyze program performance and share feedback with the Academic team to continuously improve the curriculum. Experience and Qualifications

Experience Required: Minimum:

Education requirement varies by field of instruction. For CDL: High School Diploma or GED; Valid CDL Class-A License; 3 years of academic instruction in a post-secondary environment; 5 years of commercial driving industry experience; 5 years in a management or supervisory role; Excellent customer service skills. Preferred:

7 years of academic instruction in a post-secondary environment; 10 years of experience in commercial driving; working knowledge of federal/state government education regulations; 7 years in a management or supervisory role; previous experience as an academic program director; experience in student guidance or related field.
