Overview
Global VC firm seeks a Sr Analyst, Fund Operations & Data to implement, optimize and enhance the firm's operations and finance software systems within the VC operations team. This role will work closely with finance, operations, and data, ensuring their platforms and processes scale as the firm grows. The ideal candidate comes with a background in finance and accounting, paired with experience in data systems, workflow automation and platform implementation. This role will be working onsite 3 days per week and offers excellent work life balance and benefits.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Requirements
4+ years experience across finance, operations, and/or technology roles within private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or high-growth technology environments are ideal.
Experience in financial systems implementation and administration is ideal.
Strong knowledge of databases, data structures, APIs, and reporting technologies and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SQL, workflow automation, and data migration projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP are a plus.
