Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered primary care to a diverse adult patient population in a collaborative, academically driven practice.
Participate in teaching opportunities with Brigham and Women’s Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program and a teaching site for Harvard Medical School students; serve as longitudinal preceptors for HMS medical students and as faculty mentors.
Contribute to clinical reasoning, compassionate care, and professional growth within a dynamic learning environment.
Provide patient-focused care with 30-minute visits for adults and manage patient panels with a ramp-up period for sustainable growth.
Collaborate with a care team including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, social workers, and care coordinators; participate in a robust IT-enabled workflow to improve patient access and outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a physician license eligible to practice in Massachusetts and relevant board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, family medicine, or med/peds as applicable to the role.
Strong interest in teaching, clinical excellence, and population health management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work within a value-based care model.
