Our Mass General Brigham at Foxborough Primary Care is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult-focused) to join our dynamic, patient-centered primary care team in the vibrant and well-connected community of Foxborough, Massachusetts.
At our Foxborough Primary Care Practice, you will collaborate closely with a team of distinguished physicians and advanced practice practitioners in a modern, multidisciplinary setting. Our practice is integrated into a state-of-the-art medical campus, offering convenient access to an array of specialty services, including Laboratory Services, Diagnostic Radiology, and Imaging. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving mid-size suburban academic affiliated practice that combines the warmth of community healthcare with the resources and innovation of a nationally renowned institution. As a Primary Care Physician, you will benefit from a supportive and innovative environment designed to help you thrive, including: Collaborative care model: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, population health coordinators, clinical social workers, community health workers, and resource specialists. Advanced clinical support: Ambient scribe technology streamlines documentation and enhances efficiency in note completion. After-hours coverage: A dedicated APP call team handles after-hours needs, with MD backup required only once every two years. Optimized workflow: A virtual in-basket team helps triage messages, improving your daily efficiency. Centralized support services: Prescription refill requests and prior authorizations are managed by a specialized team. Balanced patient care: Enjoy 30-minute patient visits and maintain manageable patient panel sizes. Compelling compensation: Generous sign-on bonus, a three-year panel ramp-up period, and value-based compensation with a competitive base salary and annual bonus potential. Integrated technology: Leverage a fully integrated EPIC EMR and seamless access to the extensive Mass General Brigham (MGB) network. Qualifications Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active, or ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license to practice in Massachusetts, including MCSR and DEA. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
