Hospital RN Opportunity – Med-Surg - $80/hr
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least two years of experience in a hospital setting, specializing in medical-surgical (med-surg) care. This role requires a strong background in med-surg, tracheotomy, and telemetry.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a med-surg unit, collaborating with clinical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
Work within a primary nursing model, maintaining accountability for a designated group of patients
Qualifications
Active RN license in Massachusetts (MA)
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in a med-surg unit
Proficiency in tracheotomy care and telemetry monitoring
