Manage workers' compensation and insurance defense cases from start to finish, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Advise clients on legal strategy, rights, and settlement options. Draft motions, petitions, and other key legal documents. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings and trials. Collaborate with a supportive legal team to develop strategies and deliver top-notch client service. Stay current on evolving laws and regulations while maintaining organized case records. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (PA license is a strong plus). 2-8 years of experience preferred. Strong knowledge of insurance and workers' compensation law and procedures. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Experience with case management software is a plus. Benefits
