One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing team. The firm is well-established and dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to clients in workers' compensation matters. Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution, including hearings, depositions, and trials. Advise clients on their rights and options under workers' compensation law. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and briefs. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Represent clients at hearings and trials before the Georgia Workers' Compensation Commission. Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation law and regulations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case activity. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (PA license is a strong plus). 2-8 years of experience preferred. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law and procedures. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Experience with case management software is a plus. Benefits
