The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring company-directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life on the floor, including product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences. The role executes product presentation, storytelling, and sell-through strategies by managing merchandise changes, product display, and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and store-specific needs, while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor. Base Pay Range:

$22.50 - $25.89/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location Target Bonus:

$2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range:

$24.50 - $27.89/hour Compensation offerings are pay-for-performance and may vary by market location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for a competitive bonus program where applicable. Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor. Consistently implement brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and intuitive store navigation to deliver a guest-centric experience. Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell-through. Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes, as directed. Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience. Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and display techniques to support ongoing learning and development. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships. Qualifications

Eligibility:

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Schedule/Availability:

Work schedule varies based on store needs; shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; may include early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak times. Experience:

1 year of retail or sales experience; some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or related field. Job Assets (optional):

High school diploma/GED or above; training or degree in design or a related field; experience in retail product merchandising or inventory management; for experiential stores with food/beverage service, food safety or liquor service certification. What We Look For
