Active California Real Estate License, or ability to get licensed quickly Entrepreneurial mindset Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset Real estate experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide training and mentorship Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to grow What You'll Do
Guide cash buyers through purchasing their investment properties Build trust-based client relationships and become their go-to investment expert Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process Negotiate win-win outcomes that make every transaction a success Stay informed on market trends and local inventory Hit your personal sales goals and create a thriving book of business Prospect daily through a variety of lead sources (calls, texts, email, in-person) to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified investors Benefits
