Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools (video conferencing, phone, chat, email). Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services. Coordinate with leaders and peers about how remote work is impacting results; communicate regularly to ensure teamwork and alignment. Grow tax expertise and stay current with tax laws and practices. Qualifications
Experience completing individual tax returns. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Access to high-speed, reliable internet. Experience with technology (MS Teams and Outlook). Strong communication skills to explain complex tax situations via phone, email and chat. Customer service experience and problem-solving skills. Analytical capabilities and ability to research information using IRS publications and instructions. Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent. High school diploma or higher; continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements as applicable. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season. Why work for us

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $80.00 per hour and may be influenced by location, experience, and other factors. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described by the company.
