Client Manager, Hawaii SLED/Commercial

World Wide Technology Healthcare Solutions Responsibilities Candidates must have a successful track record in sales, specifically within SLED and/or commercial accounts in Honolulu. Develop and manage executive-level customer relationships and direct account experience within the assigned territory. Apply a consultative services sales approach and leverage disruptive technology as appropriate. Understand SLED/Commercial technical challenges and account complexities within the Honolulu territory, including government and education procurements and knowledge of state, local, and cooperative purchasing agreements. Navigate diverse selling motions of SLED/Commercial, including contracts and programs, and identify traditional and non-traditional paths to market. Demonstrate strong experience in infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, and collaboration solutions, and articulate WWT differentiators (ATC innovation labs, NAIC global integration capabilities, services expertise) to deliver end-to-end transformation. Develop new customer relationships and interpret clients\' technical challenges to deliver appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple original equipment manufacturers to support solution development and long-term customer success. Execute account planning with an extended team, engage at all levels within the customer organization, and manage partner relationships. Exhibit outstanding communication and organizational skills. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. Must reside in the Honolulu, Hawaii area. Salary and Benefits Salary: A reasonable base pay range is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually; actual salary based on shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. Other geographic locations may have different ranges. Some positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation (bonuses or commissions).
