Overview A top finance firm is seeking an experienced

Vice President of Facilities

to lead operations across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence, sustainability, and team leadership. It is based

fully on site

in

Midtown Manhattan .

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve facilities operations across multiple sites

Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals

Oversee building systems and ensure operational reliability

Drive capital projects, renovations, and space planning

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts

Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

Champion sustainability and safety initiatives

Present performance insights and strategic updates to leadership

Compensation

Salary Range: $150-175k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years in facilities, including management & team leadership

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations

Proven project and budget management skills

Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities

Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

CFM, FMP, or similar professional certification, preferred
