Finance Manager in Partnership Finance & Operations Group , you will take on a high-visibility leadership role with broad exposure across multiple asset classes. Balance in-office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility What You’ll Do Oversee the

accounting and operations of multiple general partner entities

invested across various asset classes Manage cash operations, including capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and bank account compliance Review and monitor

carry programs, vesting, and profit/loss allocations

for partners and members Oversee quarterly and annual fair market value reporting, capital accounts, trial balances, and financial reconciliations Manage quarterly tax estimates and annual partnership tax reporting in collaboration with internal and external tax advisors Oversee activity in

(accounting software)

and ensure accurate books and records Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to create efficiencies, enhance reporting, and strengthen processes Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team development What We’re Looking For 6-10 years of accounting/finance experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of

investments and partnerships Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with an advanced degree or CPA a plus. Experience managing direct reports and leading projects Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex data sets Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a

service-oriented, high-growth, team-based environment Experience with Investran or similar fund accounting software a plus How to Apply If you’re a finance professional looking to take on a
