We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Director of Sales

to lead our residential real estate division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing top-performing agents, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The Director of Sales will serve as a key leader, working closely with the Director of Operations and Team Leader to create and execute strategies that expand market share, improve agent productivity, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a strong track record in residential real estate, a passion for coaching and mentoring, and the ability to create systems that maximize performance and accountability. Overview

Primary responsibilities will include: Leadership and Strategy

Develop and execute sales strategies. Provide clear leadership, coaching, and direction to real estate agents. Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Team Leader to align goals. Sales Growth and Performance

Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Analyze housing market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies. Implement systems and tools to track performance, improve conversion rates, and hold agents accountable. Lead the sales team in daily role-play and lead-generation activities. Facilitate weekly sales and agent accountability meetings. Agent Development and Recruitment

Ongoing recruiting, onboarding, and retention of residential real estate agents in line with team standards. Create a sales training schedule for all newly onboarded agents. Support agents with effective lead-generation strategies, prospecting methods, and marketing initiatives. Mentor agents to strengthen negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills. Qualifications

Education

BA Business Management preferred. Experience

5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in real estate. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding residential sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Experience running sales meetings and training programs. Passion for coaching, motivating, and developing real estate professionals. Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Skills

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Expertise in creating and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and growth. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Knowledge of MLS systems, CRM tools, and digital marketing for residential sales. Strong market intelligence and the ability to articulate strategy, present proposals, and communicate effectively. Requirements

Ability to personally sell 15–20 homes per year. What We Offer
