We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales and Training Manager to lead, develop, and support our team of real estate agents. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, providing hands-on training and mentorship, and ensuring our agents are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others. Key Responsibilities Manage, organize and conduct all of W Real Estate’s training programs (New Agent Training, W Academy & Level Up). Manage the W Real Estate Mentorship Program. Provide ongoing training in sales strategies, client relationship management, contracts, and compliance. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to support agents’ professional growth and performance goals. Develop supplemental workshops, and resources to ensure agents stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. Stay informed about local market conditions, competition, and industry best practices. Stay up to date on legal changes that impact real estate transactions and agent responsibilities. Provide training and resources to ensure agents are in compliance and have the tools to reduce company risk and liability exposure. Identify agents in need of additional support and provide structured coaching to help them achieve higher production levels, as directed. Offer strategic problem-solving support to agents dealing with client challenges, ensuring professional and effective resolution strategies. Conduct training sessions to improve agent awareness and competence of W’s technology offerings. Respond to agent inquiries by phone and email promptly and professionally. Maintain a consistent presence across multiple office locations through regular visits. Qualifications Proven track record of success in real estate sales and/or sales management. Experience in coaching, training, or leading sales teams. Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, compliance, and transaction processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold others accountable to goals. Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM platforms, digital marketing, and real estate technology(Moxi and My Theo preferred). Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Training Manager, or Team Leader in real estate. Public speaking or presentation skills for group training sessions.
