Overview
All Native Group is seeking a Business Analyst - Level II to support the Defense Health Agency Information Technology Department at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This position is onsite at Bethesda, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities
Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or translate business process needs into technical requirements. Use available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management’s quest for performance improvement and determine the most useful business solution. Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated on project progress. Determine and document user requirements for business processes and ensure those requirements are followed for future projects. Review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures. Track and manage organizational taskers; manage the department’s in/out-processing activity. Complete all site required training within stated timelines; demonstrate good time management; create and provide daily or weekly work reports as required to management. Process DMLSS orders and track orders from submission through fulfillment; ensure the department is in compliance with DMHRSi and ATAPPS time keeping systems. Coordinate the department’s visitor passes, parking, and overall base access; engage directly with Department heads to coordinate meeting attendance and availability. Support other IT Department branches as needed; complete orientation and competency verification programs; complete all required training courses by due dates. Participate in customer service initiatives and medical readiness activities; maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment. Sign in and out with Time Tracker while on-site to record daily schedule. Qualifications
Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency. Bachelor’s degree. Security Clearance: Public Trust. Adherence to Information Security Policies and Procedures (ISMS policies and procedures). Proficiency in Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. Proficient in English, written and spoken; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical demands include staying stationary for extended periods, occasional movement within the office, operating a computer and office equipment, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Travel is primarily local with some out-of-area travel and overnight may be expected.
