Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Review a variety of tax returns, including those for businesses, partnerships, and individuals, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery within budget. Take ownership of engagement teams, guiding them to produce high-quality results. Mentor staff and senior team members, fostering their professional development and career growth. Provide consulting services, develop tax-saving strategies, and research complex tax matters to identify opportunities for clients. Demonstrate proactive planning by recommending strategies that add value and support clients’ long-term goals. Develop a strong understanding of clients’ industries, operations, and overall business needs to deliver tailored advice. Manage engagement scheduling and staffing to maximize efficiency and utilization. Cultivate a professional referral network and explore opportunities for new business growth. Perform additional responsibilities as needed, including special projects and client-specific procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting or Related field At least 5 years of progressive Tax experience in public accounting CPA required Seniority level
