Overview
Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in managing Endeavor’s financials by supporting departmental financial planning, analyzing variances, building dashboards and reports, and driving improvements to key financial metrics. This role offers high visibility across both Endeavor and Delta, with regular collaboration with Delta Finance to communicate forecasts, align financial outcomes with operational performance, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
Work under the direction and supervision of the Director or Manager of FP&A. Identify/Analyze operational financial issues and recommend/implement opportunities and improvements. Serve as a key liaison between Endeavor and Delta Finance, translating operational performance into financial insights and supporting joint initiatives. Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan, Capital Expenditure Plan, Quarterly Forecast, and Long-Range Business Plan in alignment with Delta’s financial planning cycles. Prepare and review monthly budget and financial reports for Endeavor senior management and Delta Finance, ensuring clear communication of financial forecasts and operational impacts. Coordinate/prepare monthly operating statistics and financial reports as part of the monthly financial reporting package shared with Delta Finance. Prepare operational analysis and management reports as required. Requires heavy interface with all functions within the company, as well as all levels of management. Participate in the monthly close process, such as journal entries, reconciliations, etc. and in the research and analysis of monthly financial performance. Perform internal audits on financial and operational areas. Assist in strategic projects as required. As assigned. No direct reports. Competencies and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related discipline or a combination of education and related experience. 1-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience (5+ years preferred). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization. Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills. Reliable and self-motivated. Foundational understanding of IT workflow life cycle. Strong customer service orientation and a hands-on problem solver. Ability to work additional hours including evenings and weekends as needed (minimal). Physical ability to perform light lifting and occasional repetitive motion; ability to sit for long periods.
