Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst provides advanced financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions. This role partners with leadership to deliver insights on performance, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives that improve profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Provide variance analysis, performance reporting, and actionable insights. Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and strategic planning. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with policies. Lead or support special projects, including M&A, investment analysis, and process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus). 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel/analytical skills. Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
