Overview We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant
to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement business processes, expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and invoice processing.
Configure and implement Oracle Procurement Cloud modules such as Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Procurement Contracts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows and improve efficiency using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting, and resolving procurement-related system issues.
Assist in the design and execution of testing plans (unit testing, UAT) for procurement solutions.
Work closely with technical teams to develop integrations between Oracle Procurement Cloud and other systems.
Stay current with Oracle Procurement Cloud updates and best practices and recommend improvements.
Participate in project planning, status reporting, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations or support.
Strong functional knowledge of procurement business processes and best practices.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud Integration Framework and Oracle ERP Cloud ecosystem.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Oracle Procurement Cloud certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules beyond procurement.
Knowledge of financial and accounts payable processes.
Exposure to Oracle BI or reporting tools.
Understanding of security and access controls within Oracle Cloud.

Position Type: Contract
Compensation Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr
