Overview
Functional Consultant (Procurement, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable) at iteria.us. This role focuses on implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable modules with emphasis on procure-to-pay, inventory optimization, and financial integration. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules including Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Self-Service Procurement as a subject matter expert. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory Management (inventory organizations, item master setup, lot/serial tracking, cycle counting, valuation). Manage Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable processes (invoice processing, payments, expense management, three-way matching). Configure and optimize procure-to-pay processes ensuring integration between Procurement, Inventory, and Accounts Payable to meet client requirements. Design and configure approval workflows, procurement rules, and supplier collaboration portals to improve operations. Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices. Configure procurement categories, catalogs, and punchout integrations for direct and indirect purchasing. Establish inventory policies (min-max, reorder points, safety stock, demand forecasting parameters). Implement AP controls (invoice approval hierarchies, payment terms, tax configurations, compliance reporting). Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver integrated Oracle Cloud solutions. Conduct functional testing of procurement scenarios (PRs, POs, receipts, invoicing, payments). Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption. Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and implement relevant features. Required Skills
4-6 years of Oracle Procurement functional experience with hands-on implementation and support. Experience configuring Oracle Cloud Procurement (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts). Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Inventory Management (organizations, items, transactions, costing). Understanding of Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable configurations and integrations. Procurement process design including approvals, catalogs, and supplier onboarding. Knowledge of integration points between Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and external systems. Understanding of procurement compliance, internal controls, and audit processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Supply Chain, Finance, IT) or related field; master’s preferred. Oracle Cloud Procurement certification or equivalent. Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and procurement KPIs. Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement, inventory, and AP processes.
