Overview Principal Technical Consultation. This role involves leading the technical delivery of Intapp solutions, acting as the technical design authority during implementations, and partnering with the Principal Consultant for functional design. It includes gathering technical requirements, conducting data workshops, creating architectural diagrams, and managing design issues in JIRA. The role also involves guiding Solution Engineers, planning sprints, providing training to clients, and working with various teams to improve products, processes, and client solutions. It supports other Intapp operations and creates centralized support collateral for implementation teams.

What you will contribute:

Lead the technical delivery of Intapp solutions built upon Intapp’s market-leading products (such as Intapp Open, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls).

Act as the technical design authority of Intapp Solutions during implementation.

Work in partnership with the Principal Consultant to lead on functional design of Intapp Solution.

Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer for all technical aspects of software delivery.

Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendations including:

Leading technical requirements gathering sessions.

Conducting data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution.

Creating Architectural Diagram of the Intapp Solution to the scope of the Project.

Managing triaging of design/configuration issues in JIRA.

Managing and providing guidance on the Solution.

Managing technical integrations.

Providing technical administration training to clients.

Plan Sprints & input JIRA items to be actioned by Solution Engineer.

Guiding and advising the Solution Engineers on details of the solution design, alongside the Principal Consultant.

Guide clients to utilize industry-leading practices.

Lead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes to deliver the solution.

Support other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product, and more.

Create and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral for use throughout implementation teams.

Work closely with project team members such as the Engagement Manager, the Principal Consultant and other Solution Engineers to deliver the solution.

Work closely with the product team to improve the product, and with the professional services team to improve process.

Work with sales to provide assistance in delivering new solutions to new clients.

Work with other teams and ensure alignment across delivery, product, and customer success.

What we're looking for:

10-12 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within Professional Services in a SaaS organization.

Strong communicator, personable and collaborative with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projects.

Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members.

Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.

Demonstrated maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments.

Comfortable working independently and goal-oriented with experience achieving targets.

Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change management with clients.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or strong related equivalent experience.

Web services (SOAP & REST); SQL.

Boomi platform integration services.

Understanding of development methodologies.

Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Proven ability to learn and a strong desire to learn.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Intapp products.

Experience in the Legal, Financial, or Professional services sector, in particular with industry-standard software systems.

Experience with systems integrations, business process integrations, automation, and master data management.

Experience with writing and maintaining Boomi integrations.

Experience with integration design.

Familiarity with new business intake and conflicts solutions, time entry and capture solutions and/or ethical wall and information barrier solutions.

Software development knowledge with understanding of logic, patterns and algorithms.

Experience with other enterprise software systems (ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR, etc.).

Cloud and SaaS experience.

Issue tracking system experience (e.g., JIRA).
