About the Role We\'re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative Director of E-commerce to lead our online presence and ensure a seamless, delightful experience for every customer. This full-time, on-site role in Nashville, TN, is crucial in bringing the warmth and authenticity of Yearly Co. to our digital world. This role reports directly to the CEO.

As our Director of E-commerce, you\'ll oversee the strategy and execution of our online sales, from managing our Shopify Plus platform to optimizing every touchpoint of the customer journey. You\'ll analyze data to inform thoughtful decisions, implement impactful online marketing strategies, and champion an elevated, high-performing site experience that truly resonates with our customers. You’re a leader who values teamwork and can translate insights into initiatives that directly impact our growth.

What You’ll Own and How You’ll Make a Difference

E-commerce Strategy & Leadership: Build and execute a clear digital roadmap that drives direct-to-consumer growth, fosters customer loyalty, and strengthens our brand. Oversee the design and execution of all email campaigns, own site merchandising and imagery, UX strategy, CRO, SEO, and the development of new features on our Shopify Plus platform. Maintain a clean, intuitive, and high-performing site that reflects our brand values.

Product Experience & Innovation: Enhance the customer journey with thoughtful product page improvements, personalization options, and seamless post-purchase flows. Champion intuitive, mobile-first design. Use A/B testing and personalization strategies to refine site performance.

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product setup, new SKU launches, and promotional campaigns. Ensure accurate and on-time execution of site updates, merchandising shifts, and content refreshes. Develop clear documentation and workflows to scale operations.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze full-funnel performance, conversion rates, customer retention, and lifetime value using tools like RetentionX and Shopify analytics. Develop KPIs and experiment plans to guide digital improvements and translate data into actionable insights.

Customer Retention: Plan, implement, and manage email/SMS/loyalty marketing programs, campaigns, automation flows, and segments to drive revenue growth and retention.

What You Have

4+ years of e-commerce experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a direct-to-consumer brand.

Proven success in growing a direct-to-consumer brand through onsite optimization, CRO, and customer retention strategies.

Deep understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem and modern e-commerce best practices.

Ability to lead with clarity and genuine collaboration.

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using Google Analytics (GA4) and other data platforms to drive decisions.

Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and contractors.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills; you are an engaged listener and storyteller.

Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.

Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
