Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights and support on strategic, operational, and organizational matters; drive leadership meeting agendas, prioritize strategic topics, prepare materials, and track action items to completion. Lead special projects and firm-wide initiatives from conception through execution and measurement; synthesize information from various parts of the business to provide critical insights for decision-making; act as a primary liaison for sensitive or time-critical issues to ensure executive attention and resources. Oversee ongoing operations of the Enterprise Digital Experience and Enablement team; partner with technology and business leaders to ensure the office technology strategy and digital platforms meet evolving workforce needs; manage resource allocation, budgeting, and financial planning for the practice to ensure optimal performance and ROI. Champion the "experience led, AI first" vision; develop strategies to drive adoption and engagement with new digital tools and AI-powered solutions; incorporate research and feedback to continuously enhance the digital experience. Collaborate with enablement and change management teams to design and implement programs that embed a tech-forward culture; develop and monitor KPIs to measure success of digital experience and AI initiatives, adjusting strategy based on data and workforce feedback. Qualifications

Minimum ten years of relevant experience in technology strategy, practice operations, digital transformation, or a senior chief of staff role within a large, matrixed professional services firm (preferred). Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). Strategic thinker with proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational plans; strong program management and experience leading cross-functional projects. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing skills suitable for building consensus and driving change across all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital experience trends, and transformation; demonstrated knowledge of AI and its potential to transform the enterprise. Ability to connect digital and AI initiatives to tangible business outcomes. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available for this role.
