This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights and support on all strategic, operational, and organizational matters; drive the agenda for leadership meetings, ensuring strategic topics are prioritized, materials are prepared, and action items are tracked to completion Lead special projects and firm-wide initiatives on behalf of our team from conception through to execution and measurement; synthesize information from various parts of the business to provide critical insights for decision-making; act as a primary liaison for sensitive or time-critical issues, ensuring they receive the necessary executive attention and resources for a swift resolution Oversee the ongoing operations of the Enterprise Digital Experience and Enablement team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals; partner with technology and business leaders to ensure our office technology strategy and digital platforms meet the evolving needs of our workforce; manage resource allocation, budgeting, and financial planning for the practice to ensure optimal performance and return on investments (ROI) Champion the "experience led, AI first" vision throughout the organization, developing strategies to drive adoption and engagement with new digital tools and AI-powered solutions; incorporate research, and insights feedback to continuously enhance our digital experience Collaborate with enablement and change management teams to design and implement programs that embed an engaging, tech-forward culture; develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital experience, and AI initiatives, adjusting the strategy as needed based on data and workforce feedback
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent experience in a combination of technology strategy, practice operations, digital transformation, or a senior chief of staff role, within a large, matrixed professional services firm is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Proven ability to think strategically, understand complex business challenges, and translate strategy into actionable operational plans; strong program management and operational skills with a track record of successfully leading complex, dynamic, cross-functional projects Exceptional relationship management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build consensus and drive change across all levels of the organization Strong understanding of enterprise technology, digital experience trends, and transformation; passion for and knowledge of AI, as well as its potential to transform the enterprise is essential Deep understanding of business operations, as well as the ability to connect digital and AI initiatives to tangible business outcomes Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity
