Assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of leadership development programs. Conduct research and analyze trends in leadership and organizational growth. Provide administrative and program support for workshops, seminars, and training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program delivery and outcomes. Track progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of program activities. Support senior staff with strategic initiatives related to leadership and workforce development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in training, leadership development, or program coordination preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with learning management tools is a plus. Benefits
