Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess leadership needs and identify development opportunities. Conduct research and stay current with best practices in leadership and talent development. Monitor progress and track the effectiveness of training initiatives. Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and peer-learning activities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and recommendations. Support talent planning strategies and succession management efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. 13 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms is a plus. A passion for developing others and a growth-oriented mindset. Benefits
