Tools & AI Automation Lead, VR/AR and AI Partnerships
Base pay range: $116,000.00/yr - $166,000.00/yr
The VR/AR and AI Partnerships organization at Meta manages product-defining partnerships in areas where Meta is investing for the long-term. Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted thought partner to the Partnerships leadership team, shaping strategic direction and driving operational rigor. The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an operations lead to help establish internal tools and AI automation that increase organizational efficiency. This role will (1) collaborate closely with the various Partnerships teams to make sure tools address the most pressing needs (working with Partner Engineering to deliver on the technical implementation), (2) catalogue and maintain high-quality up-to-date partnerships data powering these tools, and (3) drive adoption and change management to rewire how the organization operates using these tools. The tools this role oversees ultimately let execution and decision-making flow seamlessly in a highly cross-functional and multi-product organization.
Responsibilities
Manage the tools and solutions supporting VR/AR and AI Partnerships, understanding user workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
Document business requirements to inform tool development, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, partner management, and partner engineering on development and implementation
Leverage and integrate new technologies, including AI, in the operational fabric of the organization to help teams do more with less (and do them better)
Maintain critical data sources, ensuring data quality and a consistently used data schema to enable real-time and queryable partnerships data
Manage adoption of and change management around new tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing business processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of related experience in a mix of management consulting, product development and strategy & operations roles in the technology industry
Effective communication with technical teams, business leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to identify high-impact user needs and translate them into strategy and goals for tools and processes
Experience in a deadline-focused, highly ambiguous start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience at a leading technology, consulting, or PE firm
Experience with data management languages (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting (e.g., Apps Script)
Experience with AI-powered products/initiatives, including using AI to improve internal tools and processes
