Salary range: $130,000 – $170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. What You’ll Do
Oversee and optimize Windows Server (2016–2019) and VMware virtualization (6.0+) environments with multi-site failover. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, and enterprise printing with accuracy and security. Administer Microsoft SQL Databases (2012+) for reliability and peak performance. Manage enterprise SAN storage (SAS/iSCSI) with advanced data protection (Veeam, Carbonite). Oversee ERP, web servers, and other mission-critical applications. Design, test, and enforce our Disaster Recovery strategy — because downtime is never an option. Manufacturing IT Excellence
Ensure uptime for production, warehouse, and operational systems — including PLC and automation systems. Collaborate with plant leadership to implement IT solutions that drive scalability and efficiency. Champion technology improvements that future-proof our operations. Cross-Network Expertise
