Purpose: The Clinical Specialist provides distributive and clinical pharmacy services to the inpatients and outpatients of the Medical University Hospitals and clinics. Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred. Licenses, Certifications: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must be BLS Certified within three months of hire date and maintain certification throughout employment. Licensure & Certifications

SC Pharmacist License (or eligible for SC Pharmacist License) Basic Life Support (BLS) Physical & Work Environment (selected items)

Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other listed demands as described in the job posting. Additional Information
