Provide primary and family evidenced-based care including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment. Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations to support positive health outcomes. Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan. Encourage patients to participate in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management. Experience & Qualifications

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine or primary care practice preferred. If not, successful completion of Minute Clinic primary care training program. Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions. Self-motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for patients and the practice. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task; initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture. Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously. Proficiency with information management and technology; willingness to obtain multi-state licensures. Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues frequently to ensure quality patient care. Position Summary

MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients. The clinical care team collaborates with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for the entire patient panel, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. This role reports to the practice manager. Education

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Working Hours

M-F 8:30a-7:30p, Sat 9:00a-5:30p, Sun 9:00a-4:30p
