Supplier Quality Engineering The Supplier Quality Engineering team is seeking high-energy, driven, and passionate individuals to join our mission of advancing supplier performance and ensuring top-tier product quality. As a Supplier QA Engineer II, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing supplier capabilities and collaborating across functions to resolve component-related challenges throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Lead quality improvement and corrective actions for externally sourced components. Drive both reactive and proactive supplier investigations in partnership with: Manufacturing/Test Operations Commercial Sourcing Design Assurance R&D Develop solutions to complex problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of diverse factors. Plan and organize non-routine tasks and project assignments; maintain schedules and priorities. Operate independently under general direction, recommending policy modifications and supporting departmental procedures. Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, influencing middle management on business solutions. Ensure compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes. Promote a work environment that supports quality systems and patient safety. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or related field). 2–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in: Quality Management Systems Regulatory compliance CAPA (Corrective/Preventive Actions) Technical documentation Preferred Qualifications Lead auditor certification or experience with ISO13485, ISO9001, or TS16949 standards. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
