3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US military service. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity. Minimum High School diploma or GED. Requirements

Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where you apply. Ability to work full time (often beyond 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
