Overview
Zuora System Administrator II. The Finance Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Zuora Billing & Subscription Management and Revenue Recognition. This position aligns subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems with organizational objectives. Within the IT Systems team, you will collaborate with global finance, sales, and systems teams to drive enhancements that support financial strategy and business growth.

Things You’ll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management, administering and governing the platform.
Lead end-user support, advanced troubleshooting, configuration, user provisioning, and role-based access management within Zuora.
Automate finance-related workflows involving subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within Zuora.
Document and maintain procedures, policies, and system configurations for Zuora and its integrations.
Maintain a global perspective by fostering connections across Finance, Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems, and Go-To-Market Systems to achieve business results.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional fluency in English.
5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration with significant Zuora expertise.
Proven experience with Zuora configurations (product catalog, subscriptions, billing rules, payment gateways, revenue recognition).
Experience with integrations between Zuora and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain, time-sensitive circumstances.
Commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscape.
