The team is lean, collaborative, and fast-paced-ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to take ownership of execution from day one. Responsibilities
Lead and support execution of M&A transactions from start to finish Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and CIMs Conduct industry and company research to support strategic insights Interface directly with clients, investors, and senior bankers throughout the deal process Qualifications
3-4 years of investment banking experience specialized in M&A Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Interest or experience in industrial services is a plus Located in or willing to relocate to Denver Seniority level
