Job Summary This firm is seeking a highly motivated investment banking professional with 3-6 years of experience, ideally with a background in M&A advisory within the Consumer, Business Services, Agriculture, or Industrials sectors. The role requires strong technical skills, hands-on deal execution experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior team members on a variety of assignments, including business development, capital raising (equity and debt), M&A transactions, and other strategic advisory engagements
Prepare high-quality materials such as pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
Conduct financial analysis and valuation work, oversee modeling efforts, and support due diligence processes
Review and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy, structure, and prioritization
Engage directly with client executive teams, playing a central role in deal execution, process management, and due diligence coordination
Support outreach efforts during marketing phases, including direct interaction with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic acquirers
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in M&A advisory or investment banking, ideally with prior Analyst and/or Associate-level exposure
Strong analytical and accounting skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred or willing to obtain
