We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
HR & Accounting Clerk
to support both human resources and accounting functions in a part-time, onsite capacity. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable with administrative processes, and has a solid understanding of accounting principles and basic HR practices. Responsibilities
Accounting Duties: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Prepare and post journal entries Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation HR Administrative Duties: Support new hire onboarding and documentation Maintain employee records and assist with compliance tracking Handle HR-related administrative tasks and coordination as needed Qualifications
1–2 years of accounting and/or administrative experience Proficiency with basic Excel (data entry, filtering, simple formulas) Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to work onsite in the Walnut Creek area 3 days per week Why Join Us?
