Slalom is seeking a Technical Consultant with HRSD experience. Our capability partners with our clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
What You’ll Do
This role is expected to act as a Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) delivery consultant for ServiceNow engagements by delivering solutions based on the requirements provided by the Slalom team and the Client. The solutions should be holistic in nature and include repeatable designs for productivity. In addition to technical skills, you should be comfortable interacting outside of the IT department with the business, and possess a high degree of business proficiency, professional maturity, and poise. Critical thinking and the ability to work in unfamiliar areas will be required. Examples include:
Work with the client using a future-focused mindset to understand long-term enterprise goals, how the ServiceNow platform and capabilities fit into the enterprise application ecosystem, design a roadmap, and communicate how the ServiceNow platform can move them toward their goals.
Translate business requests into requirements to hand off to a technical delivery team, ensuring all requirements meet predefined standards and encompass the entire solution.
Design the technical blueprints for how HRSD can help meet the client’s enterprise goals.
Review and deliver technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about HRSD, platform architecture, and customizations.
What You’ll Bring You are someone who enjoys being part of modern, developing teams and have implemented ServiceNow technologies and delivered ServiceNow projects.
You have experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations with multiple stakeholders, recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes.
You have a passion for leveraging ServiceNow to improve how people live and work; you enjoy defining and implementing solutions that simplify, enhance, extend, and empower people to love what they do.
Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization from end users to senior executives, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines with high attention to detail while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of an engagement.
Experience/Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in a technically related field or business management.
Experience in ServiceNow.
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions delivered to the marketplace.
3+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for both the Slalom team and the client.
Excellent communication, planning, problem solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven team-building skills and ability to motivate others.
Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary pay range for this role is $96,000-$177,000. There may be an annual discretionary bonus; actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Salary ranges are subject to change.
