Base pay range $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end implementation of SAP Hire to Retire modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders to create detailed specifications and functional designs
Create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation to support project development and implementation
Engage with business users to understand their needs and provide insights for system improvements and enhancements
Develop and deliver training programs to onboard business users to new processes and systems effectively
Transfer knowledge efficiently and effectively to team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Hire to Retire modules
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management
Proven experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of SAP Hire to Retire modules
Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and structured project artifacts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively
Ability to train and onboard users to new systems and processes
Experience in knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
