Global Digital FP&A is a remote role reporting to the VP, CFO Digital Solutions. The FP&A Director leads financial management processes for Iron Mountain’s Global Digital Business Unit for revenue, EBITDA and capex, acting as a key leader in the Digital Finance team. This role supports the EVP Digital Solutions, SVP of Digital Operations, SVP of Global Product, Technology & Engineering and their leadership teams, and coordinates with regional finance teams to drive global processes, standardization, reporting, and analytics. Responsibilities
Lead global reporting cadence and content generation; collaborate with regional finance and business resources to provide clear understanding of financial results, including revenue, margin, and volume performance versus expectations. Drive content generation for monthly reporting; lead the preparation of the monthly financial reporting pack for the global digital businesses and synthesize input from regional teams to support leadership decision-making and capital allocation. Improve and lead Capital Investment review and allocation processes for the Digital business, in collaboration with Operations and Product leadership. Manage quarterly forecast process, including risk and opportunity management for the Digital businesses globally. Lead the Digital budget process from a Finance perspective and coordinate with the GRO FP&A team as part of the annual Multi-Year Plan. Identify, define, and measure financial and operational KPIs; drive continuous improvement. Develop simplified, self-service financial dashboards to increase transparency for digital leaders and teams. Connect non-financial leading indicators to financial results and guide cost management actions. Own labor cost management, operational labor metrics, and forecasting to inform planning. Create executive-level presentations that distill complex topics into clear, prioritized insights for senior leadership. Develop, grow, and coach a dynamic FP&A team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA is a plus. 12+ years of progressive financial experience in a large, global corporation, including Corporate, Accounting, Business Unit, and Operational Finance roles in a matrixed environment. Strong ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and coordinate across multiple business units through effective communication. Proven ability to design processes that improve operating efficiency and consistency in a dynamic organization. Experience leading cross-functional projects to define, create, and enhance processes. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate barriers and enable solutions; strong problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Oracle or equivalent enterprise applications, and strong presentation and reporting capabilities. Key capabilities: cross-functional collaboration, leadership, people development, attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, relationship management, consultation, critical evaluation, leadership and navigation, and ethical practice. Strong analytical and financial skills to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
