Collaborative mentorship: work closely with newer partners who are actively involved in mentoring and guiding associates through drafting and case strategy. Writing-focused role: emphasize legal writing, including drafting declarations, pleadings, and correspondence, rather than courtroom litigation. Supportive transition: attorneys with civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply and will receive support in transitioning into family law. Client-centered practice: help clients navigate sensitive family matters with empathy and professionalism. Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in California. 2+ years of experience in family law or civil litigation. Strong legal writing and analytical skills, with attention to detail in drafting declarations and pleadings. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
