We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, with a focus on condominium agreements. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex real estate agreements, including condominium agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents. Providing legal advice to clients on all aspects of real estate law, including transactions, development, financing, leasing, and litigation. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on real estate matters. Representing clients in real estate disputes and litigation. Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on condominium agreements. Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
