Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)
– We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a small reputable boutique firm in Miami. The position is hybrid in North Miami, FL. Salary and pay range are provided separately by Legal Search Solutions, Inc. The base pay range is $175,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery. Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial. Build trusting relationships with clients. Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently. Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. 8-12 years of experience in complex commercial/business litigation. Experience in business litigation including contract/business disputes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred to have a book of business (100k min desired). Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Benefits include monthly bonuses, 100% covered healthcare, and 401(k) match. No billable hours requirement.
