Attorney - Commercial Litigation Associate
Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a reputable, sophisticated boutique law firm in Miami. The individual in this role would be responsible for managing cases in complex business litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. The position is located in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
Build trusting relationships with clients.
Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
3-5 years of experience in complex commercial/ business litigation.
Experience in professional liability or willingness to learn.
Court experience required, trial experience not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Salary $140,000 to $155,000
