Overview
Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join its Government Contracts practice group, based in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
Work on government investigations, federal civil litigation, and internal corporate investigations.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience with government investigations, federal civil litigation, and/or internal corporate investigations.
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: responding to government investigations under the False Claims Act; drafting and responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation; managing eDiscovery; drafting motions in federal court; scoping internal investigations and advising clients on disclosure considerations; familiarity with government contracts and/or health care substantive law.
Excellent academic and professional credentials, and highly developed writing and analytical skills.
Bar admission: member of the D.C. bar or eligible to waive-in.
Compensation and Benefits The base pay range is $250,000.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr.
