Partner - Employment Litigation & Counsel
I am currently supporting a highly respected Pacific Northwest law firm that is seeking
an experienced Employment Litigation Partner
to join its Portland office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney to step into a client‑facing role, provide real‑time guidance on complex employment matters, and grow a practice with robust business development support — all within a collegial, mid‑sized firm environment.
What You Bring
10+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
Strong track record of client service and practical problem‑solving.
Ability to handle matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues.
Portable business of at least 500 billable hours.
Base salary:
$150,000 annually
plus a substantial bonus for meeting
a 1,500‑hour annual billable target .
A % of collections and origination credit for work you bring in.
Monthly business development support:
$1,200–$3,600
Direct client access and the ability to shape your practice.
