The successful candidate will be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a strong background in restaurant-based food safety, allergen management, and wellness programming. This role drives continuous improvement and ensures consistent execution of food safety and wellness initiatives in partnership with chefs, operators, and client stakeholders. Lead site-level execution of food safety programs in alignment with corporate standards and client expectations. Conduct regular audits of food handling, sanitation practices, and storage to ensure regulatory compliance and internal SOPs. Develop corrective action plans and follow through on implementation and staff training. Serve as the key point of contact for food safety incidents and resolution. Lead site-level execution of an allergen control and labeling system across all service points in alignment with corporate standards and SOPs. Train culinary and front-of-house teams on all aspects of allergen management, including cross-contact prevention. Ensure accurate communication of allergen and ingredient information through digital and physical labeling platforms. Serve as SME for proprietary menu management software and assist in coordination of how information transfers to the client-owned menu platform. Support the execution of wellness-forward food and beverage offerings aligned with client goals and employee needs. Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to promote educational wellness campaigns and nutrient transparency. Act as a subject matter expert in nutrition and wellness at site-level meetings, employee events, and client presentations. Develop and deliver training sessions on food safety, allergens, and wellness for culinary and service teams. Mentor unit-level food safety captains and/or allergen champions. Maintain collaboration with corporate food safety and wellness teams to ensure alignment with standards and SOPs. Represent the company in customer and employee interactions; respond to comments within 24 hours of submission and relay relevant feedback to management as needed. Qualifications

Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required. Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable required. General hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices. Minimum 5 years of experience in foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety within high-volume, multi-unit environments. Serv-Safe Manager certification required. Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams and time zones. Experience with tech clients or in a hospitality-forward culture preferred. Comfortable using digital tools and dashboards for audit tracking, labeling, and training resources. Ability to travel up to 40% required. Apply & Equal Opportunity
